Shipping policy

 

Our Customer Service is dedicated to getting your orders shipped to you as safely and efficiently as possible. If your order hasn't arrived yet, please chat, call, or email us, and we'll be in touch within the next 24 hours.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipping charge is never more than $14.5 no matter what size or weight your order is. Depending on how much you spend, shipping prices are calculated as follows:

$2.5 flat-rate shipping for orders with subtotal up to $52.5

$10 flat-rate for orders with subtotal between $100 and $199.5

$14.5 flat-rate for larger orders with subtotal $400 and above.

Orders sent via UPS or FedEx Ground are delivered on average 3-7 business days after the order leaves the warehouse.

Miacara items are manufactured in Germany with the highest EU standards. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the arrival of these exclusive products from Germany via DHL to your doorsteps.

International Shipping:

We do offer international shipping on some items. Please reach out to us at cs (at) wunder-petscompany.shop to inquire about your request.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 25 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at cs (at) wunder-petscompany.shop with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. The buyer will pay the return shipping if they chose a remorse.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at cs (at) wunder-petscompany.shop with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
